By accessing or using the The Stuffed Animal House wholesale portal ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.

2. Wholesale Accounts

This Site is intended for approved wholesale customers only. To access pricing and place orders, you must apply for and receive approval of a wholesale account. Account approval is at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Orders and Pricing

All orders placed through this Site are subject to acceptance by The Stuffed Animal House. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Prices displayed are wholesale prices in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Product availability is subject to change. We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information but cannot guarantee availability for all items at the time of ordering.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, methods, and costs will be communicated at the time of order processing. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns and Defects

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 10 business days of receipt. Please contact us at 604.857.0086 to initiate a return or exchange. We do not accept returns on custom embroidery or Name Drop orders unless the product is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including product images, descriptions, logos, and trademarks, is the property of The Stuffed Animal House or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.
